The 4-0 scoreline reflected territorial dominance by Bihor Oradea across the 90 minutes. The Romanian side created multiple clear chances beyond the four goals — Dragoș Tescan and Mark Moruț both went close, with Moruț hitting the bar, and another effort from a corner also struck the woodwork. Bistrica's best moments came in a brief spell either side of half-time, testing Chirilă twice from distance, but they rarely threatened the Bihor box with sustained pressure.

For Bihor Oradea, this was the most convincing performance of their Slovenia training camp (6–17 July). After a 1-0 win over NK Jadran Dekani on 9 July and a 3-1 loss to NK Varaždin on 12 July, this emphatic victory built momentum ahead of their final friendly against Croatian side NK Rudeš on 16 July (which they won 2-0). Bihor Oradea return to Romania to continue preparations for the 2026-27 Liga 2 season, with their next fixture against Sănătatea Cluj scheduled for 22 July 2026.

Bihor Oradea's quality gap over their Slovenian hosts was evident throughout. Cocian's hat-trick — a strike for the highlight reel, a poacher's header and a penalty — showcased the variety of attacking threat Erik Lincar's side can call upon.
