Metropolitan vs North Leeward

Terrón needed less than 120 seconds to make his mark. The Metropolitan forward capitalised on a defensive lapse inside the box and finished calmly to give his side the lead. North Leeward Predators, who had beaten SCSA Eagles 3-1 in the First Round on 25 July to reach this stage, struggled to find a foothold. Their best spell of possession came midway through the first half, but they could not turn it into a clear chance.

Terrón completed his hat-trick in the third minute of added time before the interval, meeting a cross with a composed finish that left the North Leeward goalkeeper with no chance. The game was effectively over by half-time at 3-0.

Metropolitan controlled the second half without pressing for a rout. Substitute Jorge Rivera added a fourth in the 86th minute, turning home from inside the area to put a final gloss on the scoreline.

Metropolitan FA advanced to the quarterfinals, where they defeated Helenites SC 2-1 on 28 July to reach the semifinals against Delfines del Este FC. The winner of that semifinal will qualify for the 2026 CONCACAF Caribbean Cup, with the tournament's two finalists earning a place in the regional competition. North Leeward Predators' debut CFU Club Shield campaign ended at the Round of 16 after a promising First Round victory over SCSA Eagles.
