A routine pre-season win for Konyaspor, settled inside the first half-hour by Kramer's early goal and confirmed by Bjørlo's crisp finish after the break. Zorya will take encouragement from Budkivskyi's goal and the fact they created chances, but the early concession exposed a lack of defensive sharpness that the coaching staff will want addressed before the competitive season starts. For Palut, the ability to field two completely different XIs and still control the match is a positive sign of squad depth.
