Skenderbeu Korce vs Struga

Vosha's goal five minutes into the second half gave Struga a lead they would not relinquish. Skënderbeu pushed for an equaliser but could not find a way through a Struga defence that had kept a clean sheet in their earlier pre-season outing against KF Arsimit (a 6-0 win).

Arbi Vosha (Struga) — The 24-year-old winger, who joined Struga from FC Shkupi in 2024, scored the only goal of the game. Valued at around €175k (Transfermarkt), Vosha played as a left winger and proved decisive with his 50th-minute strike.

Struga defence — Kept a second consecutive clean sheet in pre-season, following the 6-0 win over KF Arsimit. The backline, marshalled by new signings including centre-back Landrit Rama and full-back Egzon Belica, limited Skënderbeu to few clear-cut chances.

Bledi Shkëmbi (Struga head coach) — The former Albanian international deployed two different XIs across the two halves in his side's third friendly of the summer, having earlier lost 2-3 to Dinamo City and beaten KF Arsimit 6-0.

For Skënderbeu Korçë, this was a early fitness test as they build towards the 2026-27 Kategoria Superiore season, which begins on 22 August 2026. Their next pre-season friendly is scheduled for 26 July against Partizani in Pogradec.

Struga continue their preparations for the Macedonian First League (Prva Liga) campaign, where they currently sit top of the table with 36 points from the opening phase of the 2026-27 season. The club has been active in the transfer market, bringing in defender Landrit Rama (from KF Llapi), full-back Egzon Belica, goalkeeper Andrej Jovčevski, and French-Ghanaian forward Hammond Agamah.

A typically low-key pre-season affair settled by a single moment of quality from Vosha. Struga's defensive organisation, a feature of their early summer, again proved solid. Skënderbeu will want more attacking thrust as their preparation continues, but the result carries little weight at this stage of pre-season.
