Thailand move to six points from two matches in Pool B with a 6-0 set record, placing them top of the group. Indonesia drop to 3 points after their opening win over Kazakhstan. The top two teams in each pool advance to the quarter-finals, along with the two best third-placed sides.

Thailand face Kazakhstan in their final Pool B match on Tuesday 25 August at 09:00 local time (01:00 UTC). A win would secure top spot in the group. Indonesia take on Australia on Wednesday 26 August.

The tournament champion earns Asia's sole direct qualification for the women's volleyball tournament at the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games. The top three finishers also secure places at the 2027 FIVB Women's World Championship.
