Radomiak Radom vs Hapoel Beer Sheva

Radomiak dominated the opening half-hour and took a deserved lead in the 30th minute when Ibrahima Camará rifled in a stunning long-range strike. Five minutes later, Zié Ouattara doubled the advantage with a superb shot under the crossbar from inside the box.

Hapoel pulled one back on the stroke of half-time through Muhammad Abu Rumi (44'), who finished a neat team move to make it 2-1 at the break. Kacper Karasek could have restored Radomiak's two-goal cushion before the interval but his effort, set up by Vasco Lopes, struck the crossbar.

Radomiak coach Tomasz Kaczmarek made 10 substitutions at half-time, effectively fielding a completely new outfield XI. Hapoel counterpart Ran Kozhukh also made changes, introducing Marco Wolf, Yoav Keren and Itai Hazut among others.

Hapoel grew into the second half. Roey Levy levelled in the 66th minute, and East won it from the penalty spot in the 89th minute, after Radomiak goalkeeper Wiktor Koptas was adjudged to have fouled an opponent following a fine save. Jakub Snopczyński had a late chance to equalise for Radomiak but his shot was blocked.

Radomiak's mass half-time substitution drained the momentum from their impressive first-half display. The Polish side barely threatened after the break, and Hapoel's fresh legs — Kozhukh made several changes of his own — gradually took control. Once Levy equalised, the comeback felt inevitable.

Muhammad Abu Rumi (Hapoel BS) — Scored the crucial goal just before half-time that changed the game's trajectory. His finish from a flowing team move gave Hapoel a foothold they had lacked.

Ibrahima Camará (Radomiak) — Opened the scoring with a spectacular long-range effort and was a threat from set pieces in the first half. Substituted on the hour mark.

Javon East (Hapoel BS) — The Jamaican forward kept his composure from 12 yards in the 89th minute to seal the comeback victory.

The 2-1 half-time scoreline reflected Radomiak's first-half superiority, with Camará and Ouattara both finding the net from open play. Hapoel's ability to grow into the contest despite falling two behind early speaks to the depth Kozhukh is building ahead of Champions League qualifiers starting 21 July.

This was the first pre-season friendly for both sides. Hapoel Beer Sheva continue their Poland camp with fixtures against Omonia Nicosia (5 July) and Legia Warsaw (7 July) before the Toto Cup clash with Maccabi Tel Aviv (16 July) and the start of Champions League qualifying (21 July).

Radomiak continue their preparations for the 2026/27 Ekstraklasa season with further friendlies to be announced.

A pre-season friendly decided by squad depth and fitness. Radomiak's first XI was sharper early on, but Hapoel's superior resources and composure after the break told the story. The comeback — from 2-0 down to 3-2 winners — will please Kozhukh ahead of a European campaign.
